Responsibilities:
As a Front of House Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and warmly welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Assisting guests in selecting and understanding the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
- Taking and accurately relaying food and beverage orders.
- Providing attentive and friendly service throughout the guests' dining experience.
- Ensuring tables are set and prepared for incoming guests.
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or interest in Korean cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great guest experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
