JOB REQUIREMENTS
* The duties shall include the performance of all the duties of Service Crew in F&B industry and shall report to the Store Director / Manager.
* Greet the customers and provide best service to the customers.
* Fully understand all menus and able to explain all products clearly to customers.
* Preparation of Ice Cream, beverages and other products at store and serve to customers accordingly.
* Responsible for opening and closing of the store.
* Ensure good product control and usage control in store.
* Preparing every single products by following AI CHA SOP to ensure our product quality consistency.
* Ensure the store (internal & external area) clean and tidy always, provide clean and comfortable environment to our customers.
* Conduct daily stock count and ensure sufficient raw materials for daily store sales.
* Ensure daily store operations can be carry out smoothly.
* Receive and process customer payments at cashier counter.
