JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred.
2. Proven experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including serving techniques, menu planning, and quality control.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
8. Proficient in POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Able to work as a team.
10. Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
