JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Pastry Cook, or Chef de Partie in a high-end kitchen or bakery.
2. In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
5. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
6. Creative and innovative approach to pastry and dessert creation.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
8. A culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred.
